Dr. Tasha Seiter, MS, PhD, LMFT

I am inspired daily by my clients who bravely confront their emotions in couples therapy. Despite the fear, they dive into the underlying feelings of pain and sadness, which helps heal their relationships. By uncovering and sharing these vulnerable emotions, they strengthen their emotional bonds and foster intimacy. Their willingness to take these risks, though challenging, leads to deeper understanding and connection.

As a scientist-practitioner (24 research publications), I am devoted to effective, scientifically proven methods that forever change lives and relationships. I have nearly three hundred hours of advanced training and mentorship in the most effective couples therapy methods (Emotion-Focused and Gottman Method). With my help, we will guide you in having conversations that will move you and your partner toward a more secure relationship with greater joy. You don’t have to live another day with a sense of wanting more and wondering how to move toward the relationship you are yearning for. I hope you do reach out , I would love to help.

In my free time, I value moments spent with loved ones, engaging in outdoor activities, and discovering new interests, while also appreciating those leisurely days. I love camping, biking, jogging, hiking, white-water rafting, and dancing to live music. I'm a big fan of audiobooks, particularly on topics like psychology, mindfulness, and relationships, and like many, I enjoy a bit of Netflix occasionally!
